This project has Lysaght Trimdek in Colorbond Surfmist on the lower roofs, box gutters, aprons and parapet caps with Lysaght 305 Long Line sheeting to the upper roof in Colorbond Monument MATT. Finish also includes box gutter custom over flow ramps, 90 degree mansard and 235 degree Mansard corners wrapping the sheeting around onto the walls, customized window flashing detail aprons, rain heads and ACE Gutters 90mm downpipe spreaders.
